Our fish are humanely harvested to order to a sashimi grade specification. 

 

They are chilled, packed and transported in controlled temperatures to maintain optimum quality and freshness. 

 

The fish are transported from Geraldton to Perth by chiller truck, before being despatched for road or air transport to domestic and international destinations.
