Indian Ocean Fresh Australia is owned and managed by Erica Starling and is based in her hometown of Geraldton, Western Australia.  Born into a lobster and prawn fishing family with over two decades experience in the seafood industry, Erica specialised in longline tuna and swordfish from Western Australia. This background underpins her extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of sashimi grade seafood and her experience in processing and marketing to International and Australian markets.

 

Erica and her own family commenced on a new journey in 2008, gaining expertise in marine finfish aquaculture off the Geraldton coast in Western Australia and are now commercially producing Yellowtail Kingfish.
